Easy, clear returns

We want you to order with confidence. Here are our return terms in short:

  • You can return

    Cosmetics, personal-care products and supplements, sealed and in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery with the invoice.

  • Can't be returned

    Medicines once dispensed, refrigerated medicines, and any opened or used product — for your safety and others'.

  • If we made a mistake

    Wrong, damaged or near-expiry item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full.

  • Refunds

    We refund in cash or the original payment method within 3 working days after receiving and checking the return.

  • Delivery fees

    Not refunded unless the return is due to a pharmacy mistake.

  • Pharmacist check

    Every return is checked by a pharmacist before it's accepted.

How to return an item
