What we collect
You can browse without entering any information.
When you place an order we collect: name, mobile number, address, notes, the requested products, and a prescription image if you upload one.
How we use it
To contact you about your order, confirm availability and price, prepare and deliver it, and have a pharmacist review your prescription.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Prescriptions
Prescription images are stored in a private location on our server, are not accessible from the internet, and can only be viewed by signed-in pharmacy staff.
Browser storage
Your current order is kept in your browser so it isn't lost if you close the page. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
If you choose to send your order on WhatsApp, the message is sent from your own account and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
