Uses of the drug
• It is used to control high blood sugar levels in adults and children with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
• It works as a long-acting insulin, providing continuous coverage for approximately 24 hours to help early risers regulate their blood sugar between meals and during sleep.
• It is not used to treat acute conditions such as diabetic ketoacidosis
